We have the right to refuse refunds or recompensations for any misshapenstakes or mishandlings during these processes. You the consumer are not entitled to compensation or an automatic refund you will have to follow the refund policy if you want to request such. 

Shipping may take longer than expected and we at TexasWorksOfArt will not be held liable for such incidents as well.
